  I first went to this tapas restaurant with a Spanish exchange student from college! Always think it's a good sign if people native to the cuisine will eat at a place.
  
  Anyway I definitely wasn't disappointed and never have been in the many times i've been back since. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great, perfect if you are having a romantic meal for two or equally as good for a night out with the girls.
  
  I much prefer this to the La Tasca chain of tapas restaurants as I think the food is better quality. There is a range of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes on the menu with a number of 'specials' always available.
  
  The only one problem I have with La Mancha is that the tables aren't big enough for all the food that I want to order so I have to limit what I get (normally order about 9)

  A great place for an informal meal with a good atmosphere.
  Order a large selection of the small dishes and then share them between you, or alternatively try the paella.
  Wash it all down with San Miguel beer, wine or Sangria.
  Consider booking at the weekends because it gets busy.

  Have visited La Mancha a dozen times or more over the last 4years and its hardly changed at all, with other restaurants this might be a problem but they are obviously doing something right the relaxed atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff make this a great place to eat wether its a special occassion or just a spur of the moment visit, I'm going there today in fact. Try it yourself -value for money is above average and most of the time although it's not short of customers you don't need to book in advance (best to do so weekends) just in case.
  The only place I visit regularly and always feel well fed but relaxed -rare these days!
